Claudio Bautista’s Sunwest Construction is the most professional company I have ever used for home renovations! One of his crews did paint work for me in 2021, beautifully repainting my entire condo. They did such great work, that I knew I had to have Sunwest complete my 2025 kitchen renovation. Claudio responded to my request for a quote on the kitchen work within 24 hours, giving me a detailed bid within hours. He met me within a week to look at quartz slabs for countertops and tile for the backsplash, giving expert advice on materials. Claudio is a wonderful communicator and very detail-oriented. He listens carefully to clients’ needs and gives thoughtful advice and answers to questions, Claudio’s pricing is very reasonable, and his crew headed by job foreman José was careful to keep construction dust to a minimum while doing beautiful work on each aspect of the project. In addition to the new kitchen, they also repainted my living room, kitchen and hall areas, as requested, but, instead of just touching up the baseboards, they completely repainted them, as well. All work was completed ahead of the proposed deadline, which is unheard of! My kitchen went from dark and dated to a beautiful, light and updated lovely space for cooking and entertaining! I highly recommend using Sunwest Construction for your next renovation project!
